Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Exchange/Return is subject to verification via a Complete Opening Video of the parcel.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable in case of out-of-stock or major issues

  • COD orders are refunded via bank transfer
